Mission-Based ITC/AV Service Solutions
Mission-based ITC/AV service solutions supporting specific mission requirements, programs, operational environments, and mission outcomes.

Fair Opportunity & Requests for Quotes
Contractors are provided fair opportunity at the individual order level as appropriate under FAR Part 16.505(b), including use of SEWP RFQ tools.
Fair Opportunity
Documentation supporting order selection is maintained by the issuing procurement office. Contracting activities should follow applicable agency procedures and SEWP ordering requirements.
SEWP Database of Record
Contract Holders may only market, quote, or otherwise offer IT solutions in accordance with the SEWP contract and the SEWP database of record. Responses to RFIs, RFQs, and MRRs must follow the applicable contract and Contract Holder User Manual requirements.
